Method of use:

4. At the beginning of the tin wire extrusion machine commissioning, try a machine without adding rosin, rosin hole to adjust the size and the concentricity, adjust the content of rosin size need to adjust rosin pen (4) is ok, when the rate of rosin is too big, need to put the pen (4) along the C direction, rosin rosin pen to make D direction, rotate the amount is according to the actual situation and decide, then through the test until it meets the requirements. , when proportion of rosin is too small, also, is the pen (4) rosin along A direction, makes the rosin pen to B direction, rotate the amount is according to the actual situation and decide, then through the test until it meets the requirements, finally put the wire and the former top tighten up and down.
5. When different heart rosin core, can be through the top wire (2), the top wire (3) and former top wire adjustment. For example, when a wire under the rosin core on the thickness of thin, slightly loosen the top wire (2), under the top wire (3) to the precession. When there is a thin wire on the rosin core of thick, slightly loosen the top wire (3), (2) on the top silk into precession.
